Additional file 9: Dataset S2. Proteome dynamics of the wild-type N. oceanica under the VLC and HC conditions. Among the 1965 proteins identified, the 255 differentially expressed proteins are grouped into six clusters based on temporal pattern of protein abundance. For each cluster in Figure 2B, variation of protein abundance as indicated by log2(VLC/HC) along the time course is provided as a separate Excel sheet.
