The data refer to the optical simulation of a coaxial flash LiDAR concept performed using Ansys Zemax OpticaStudio. The concept is shown in the figure **Optical concept.png** attached below.
The coaxial optical path is realized with a polarizing beam splitter (PBS) and a quarter-wave plate (QWP), which together manipulate the polarization state of the laser beam. The simulation is performed for each subsystem according to its functionality.
