Transcriptomes of two sugarbeet breeding lines, F1056 and F1057, which were generated by divergent selection for low and high storage respiration rates were determined at harvest and after 28 days in storage. Transcriptome of the base population from which these lines were derived was also determined at harvest and after 28 days storage. Purpose was to determine transcriptional differences between sugarbeet lines with genetically different rates of storage respiration.
本数据集收录了两种甜菜育种系F1056和F1057的转录组信息,这两系分别经过对低和高储存呼吸速率的差异化选择而培育。在收获时以及储存28天后,对这两个育种系的转录组进行了测定。同时,也对源自这些育种系的原始群体的转录组进行了相同时间的测定。本研究的目的是探究具有不同储存呼吸速率遗传特性的甜菜育种系之间的转录差异。
