SOLUTION: The present invention provides a genome rearrangement method for a eucaryote body， including a genome rearrangement step in which: in a cell of the eucaryote body， a protein having DNA double-strand breaking activity is made to act temporarily under an environment for the proliferation of the cell， to perform genetic recombination.
