RNA-Seq of Hemarthria compressa under submergence stress

In recent years, frequent floods have caused different impacts on aspects of the livestock industry and the ecological environment.In this study, the root systems of two Hemarthria compress (flood-tolerant) GY and (flood-sensitive) N1291 with significant differences in submerged tolerance were used as test materials, Transcriptome sequencing was carried out after 8 h and 24 h of flooding stress, and 0 h was used as the control, transcriptome-related data is obtained.
