Description: Proteomic analysis of lysosomes isolated from the brain tissue of VPS35[D620N] mice treated in vivo with MLi-2 (100 mg/kg via oral gavage, 2 h). Tag expression was determined by genotyping PCR and brain lysate immunoblotting. Data acquired on an Orbitrap Exploris 480 and processed using DIA-NN 1.8.1.
