Latin American Language Revitalization Projects

This dataset presents the findings of a systematic review conducted in 2023 to identify language revitalization projects in Latin America. It includes information about the origins of the projects, classified as state initiatives, external organizations, universities and institutes, or community-driven projects. The dataset also details characteristics of the projects, such as their focus on cinema/TV, social media, radio, music, technology, language teaching, documentation, and the production of educational materials like books.
