Microscopy dataset to accompany 'Symplastic guard cell connections buffer pressure fluctuations to promote stomatal function in grasses'.
This dataset consists of images of barley (files beginning with the nomenclature: 'Hv_...') and onion (files starting: 'Ac_...') stomata. Meshes of guard cell geometry used to create biomechanical models were extracted from these images.
