资源简介:
Understanding the immune response of Takifugu obscurus to Vibrio anguillarum infection is critical for developing effective disease management strategies in aquaculture. In this study, we performed a comprehensive transcriptomic analysis to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the immune response in T. obscurus following V. anguillarum challenge. In this analysis, we have completed the sequencing of the reference transcriptome of 8 samples, and obtained 54.92 G of CleanData in total. The effective data volume of each sample was distributed in the range of 5.98-7.05 G, and the distribution of Q30 bases was in the range of 96.85-97.48 %, with an average GC content of 50.84 %. By comparing the reads to the reference genome, the genome comparison of each sample was obtained, and the comparison rate was 96.05-96.6 %. Based on the comparison results, protein coding gene expression analysis was carried out. According to the expression amount of protein coding genes in different samples, differential screening was performed, and there was one differential group, and the number of detected differential genes was 3370.
