Below is a description of each field in the database: Report: Identifier for the report number and session in which the chemical was evaluated. Report_sourcelink: URL link to the full text of the report. Tox.Monograph: Identifier for the toxicological monograph related to the chemical. Tox.Monograph_sourcelink: URL link to the toxicological monograph. Specification: Identifier for the specification document related to the chemical. Specification_sourcelink: URL link to the specification document. Synonyms: Alternative names for the chemical. CAS.number: The Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) registry number, a unique numerical identifier for the chemical. Functional.Class: The functional classification of the chemical (e.g., Flavouring Agent, Food Contaminant). Evaluation.year: The year in which the chemical was evaluated by JECFA. Chemical.Names: The chemical names as listed in the JECFA evaluation. JECFA.number: The unique identifier assigned to the chemical by JECFA.
