The sample includes RAD-seq data from 6 Swedish and 6 Catalan females with offspring (total 384 samples), for construction of linkage maps. The DNA was extracted with a modified Phenol-Chloroform protocol and digested with EcoR1-enzyme. The fragmented DNA was sequenced using 2x151 bp paired-end reads on one Illumina HiSeq2500 (batch 1) and one NovaSeq6000 S4 lane (batch 2).
