This repository accompanies the paper: "Have protein-ligand cofolding prediction methods moved beyond memorisation?" Changes from v4: - posebusters_results.tar.gz - PoseBusters checks were run in "redock" mode, instead of "dock" mode, which added additional checks and thus changed overall PB valid counts.
