This contains the data for running code to obtain the results for "Characterizing differences in sources and contributions to fecal contamination of sediment and surface water with the microbial FIT framework"(associated with the ID es-2022-00224x) <br>In this .mat file, there are 8 objects in the workspace. 1) ARGdatav1- this is the geographic and state plane coordinates of sampling locations, the sampling site name, the date of sampling in MATLAB Datenum format, the season of sampling, the associated watershed, the E. coli concentration per 100 mL, the date in Datetime format, the average monthly ambient temperature obtained from NOAA, then the log10 relative abundances of HuBac in riverbed sediment, HuBac in surface water, BoBac in riverbed sediment, and BoBac in surface water, the last column indicates below detects (which only occurred for the absolute abundance of HuBac in surface water). <br>2) ExampleResponses- A structure containing the response data (location and measured value) used for the examples of Find and Inform stages of FIT (without NaNs). <br>3) ExampleSources- A structure containing the source data (location and scale) used for the examples of Find and Inform stages of FIT. These come from publicly available databases, so we are able to put them directly online. <br>4) The table of precipitation data from NOAA, where each column corresponds to a date. The first column represents the daily precipitation value 90 days back from the last sampling date. This is used in the precipitation objective function. <br>5) The data tables needed to run the results for the Test stage of FIT for the log10 relative abundance of BoBac in sediment<br>6) The data tables needed to run the results for the Test stage of FIT for the log10 relative abundance of BoBac in surface water<br><br>7) The data tables needed to run the results for the Test stage of FIT for the log10 relative abundance of HuBac in sediment<br><br>8) The data tables needed to run the results for the Test stage of FIT for the log10 relative abundance of HuBac in surface<br><br><br>
