Source Data for 2024 Plant Cell Env publication \"Distinct profiles of plant immune resilience revealed by natural variation in warm temperature‐modulated disease resistance among Arabidopsis accessions\"

This dataset contains the Source Data for panels used to construct Figures 1 to 4 of the Rossi et al. (2024) publication in Plant, Cell and Environment (https://doi.org/10.1111/pce.15098). Included are Excel files corresponding to each Figure and Supplementary Data in the paper, with each sheet corresponding to an individual panel. Raw photos for Figures 1b and 2b are also provided as PowerPoint files. The generation of these data are described in full detail in the Materials and Methods section (and corresponding Figure captions) of the paper, which includes in planta bacterial growth levels, plant disease symptom photos, gene expression analyses, DNA/protein sequence alignments and salicylic acid hormone measurements.
