Spatial Omics Datasets for MEGA-FISH: A Flexible Framework for Huge-Scale Image Processing

MEGA-FISH (Multi-omics Extensible GPU-Accelerated FISH analysis framework) is a Python-based image analysis framework designed to efficiently process large-scale spatial multi-omics data. This deposit includes an example dataset, as described in the MEGA-FISH documentation.
