The goal of this experiment is to compare the polarization induced by two experimental compounds at 1uM with that induced by Dexamethasone.
Conclusion:
Both compounds are similar to Dexamethasone Instrument performance was monitored using labelled beads mixed with cells (1/10). Dead cells and debris were manually gated.
