This data includes the GWAS of HDL particle counts performed in UK Biobank on the full Nightingame NMR sample. Full details are in the paper. The scale is of 1 SD change in each component.
The components include:
Small HDL (S_HDL_P)
Medium HDL (M_HDL_P)
Large HDL (L_HDL_P)
Extra Large HDL (XL_HDL_P)
Total HDL (HDL_P)
HDL without small componenet (HDL_WO_S_HDL)
The GWAS was performed using regenie, and therefore the columns represent that from regenie (https://rgcgithub.github.io/regenie/options/).
The GWAS was performed adjusted for age, sex, and the first 10 genetic principle components. We only included European Ancestry participants
