Data associated with analysis of beta myosin sequence changes associated with body mass

The files available here are associated with a research project that investigated sequence changes in beta myosin that are associated with reduced heart rate as mammal body mass increases.
myh7.fasta contains the multiple sequence alignment of the beta myosin sequences.
myh7_plot_H_3.csv is a comma separated file that contains the body masses of the species and the alignment in a a CSV format.
