Prostate cancer is the most commonly malignant tumor in men. Benefit from next generation gene sequencing, lots of genome alterations had been found, like mutation of SPOP, PIK3CA, and copy number variants of PTEN (10q23), NKX3.1 (8p21). For more comprehensive understand the molecular genetics of prostate cancer, we did target next generation gene sequence of 46 prostate cancer patients using a panel of 32 prostate cancer-related genes.
