The Eukaryotic Pathogen, Vector and Host Informatics Resource (VEuPathDB) focuses on eukaryotic pathogens and invertebrate vectors of infectious diseases, , encompassing data from prior resources devoted to parasitic species (EuPathDB), fungi (FungiDB) and vector species (VectorBase).
