Global messenger RNA expression analysis of gastric cancer with liver metastasis

Differences in gene expression between primary and metastatic regions have been reported and important molecules related to metastasis of gastric cancer may be undetectable with examination of the primary region only. The novelty of this study is focusing on metastatic tissue from GC patients and the goals of this study is to discover the candidate genes associate with liver metastasis of gastric cancer and to develop novel therapeutic modalities for metastatic gastric cancer.
