Files for a qcrB gene phylogeny of representatives of 305 gammaproteobacterial families included in Supplementary Figure S1. The genomes/mags included were obtained from the Genome Taxonomy Database (GTDB) and the genomic catalog of earth's microbiomes (GEM).
