The data related to the article "The suppression of laser power error in a miniaturized atomic co-magnetometer based on split ratio optimization" was published in the journal of Chinese Physics B. It contains some experimental test data, which is described below:In this paper, a laser power error suppression method of the atomic co-magnetometer based on split ratio optimization is proposed. The proposed scheme is experimentally verified on the SERF co-magnetometer experimental setup. The laser power fluctuation after closed-loop control was measured, and the test data is the data in Fig4 folder. The fluctuation of PBS split ratio in the experimental setup was tested, and the test data is the data in Fig5 folder. The stability of the out-of-loop laser power was tested under different split ratios, and the test data is the data in fig8 folder. The bias stability of the SERF co-magnetometer was tested under different split ratios, and the test data is the data in Fig9 folder. The Allan standard deviation analysis can be performed on the experimentally measured out-of-loop laser power fluctuation and bias stability of the SERF co-magnetometer using Matlab software.
