Stress Knowledge Map

Stress Knowledge Map (SKM) is a knowledge graph resulting from the integration of dispersed published information on plant molecular responses to biotic and abiotic stressors. SKM enables interactive exploration of its contents, and represents a basis for network and dynamical modelling of responses. SKM contains two complementary resources: the Plant Stress Signalling model (PSS) and the Comprehensive Knowledge Network (CKN).应激知识图谱（Stress Knowledge Map, SKM）是一类知识图谱，其整合了关于植物对生物和非生物胁迫的分子响应的分散已发表研究资料。该图谱支持对其内容进行交互式探索，同时可作为响应相关网络建模与动力学建模的基础。SKM包含两类互补的资源：植物应激信号传导模型（Plant Stress Signalling model, PSS）与综合知识网络（Comprehensive Knowledge Network, CKN）。
