This series is comprised of volumes containing the minutes of meetings held by the Kyeamba Shire Council.The minutes have all been handwritten into the volumes and were each signed by the President of the Shire in his capacity as Chairman of the Council. They document each decision the Council made, including matters concerning roads, buildings, bridges, sanitary concerns, public appointments, tourism and local business.The minutes of every meeting usually included the following proceedings: Attendance, Confirmation of the Previous Minutes, Reports, Correspondence, Questions and Statements, and Other Business.
