Bacterial microbiome of 140 Ruggeri grape rootstock's samples treated with phosphore deficieny and collected before and after cacti inoculation.. Vitis cinerea var. helleri x Vitis rupestris cultivar:140 Ruggeri

This study was conducted to test the potential of cactus microbiome to enhance the stress tolerance of 140 Ru grapevine rootstock to phosphore deficiency. The experimental plants were divided equally into three groups . One group plants were inoculated by the isolated cacti consortium before stress application (EI), the second group was inoculated once the stress application (LI), while the third group were left non-inoculated as control (C). Root samples are collected from each condition and analyzed by 16s high throughput Sequencing (Miseq-Illumina) to determine the bacterial microbiome profil.
