Agrocybe cylindracea is very famous mushroom for its nutritional, medicinal, ornamental and economic values. It is difficult to distinguish different varieties, but biological efficiency and nutritional value of different strains are difference, which has been prevented from development of mushroom industry. This study will focus on finding target genes associated with evolution, production of strain and important nutrients synthesis such as proteins, anti-cancer polysaccharide and on analyzing of regulation mechanism of these target genes. The project intends to make use of the second-generation sequencing technology. The transcriptome analysis of the strain AC9 and AC13 will isolate and characterize the target genes by using RNA-seq.
