Dataset from the PLEAZOL project

This record contains three data sets: Growth_data.csv Data on the growth performance of synthetic populations of Metschikowia reukaufii (Ascomycota) in different treatments. The dataset contains four columns: Population: name of the synthetic population (P1, P2, or P3). Step: propagation step (T01 to T32). Treatment: IZL_0.5, artificial nectar containing 0.5 μg/mL of imazalil; IZL_0.125, artificial nectar containing 0.125 μg/mL of imazalil; IZL_0.031, artificial nectar containing 0.031 μg/mL of imazalil; and CTRL, artificial nectar containing no fungicide. CFU_count: colony forming units (CFU) per mL. MIC_data_strains.csv Data on the in vitro susceptibility to different fungicides of the ten M. reukaufii strains used to create the aforementioned synthetic populations. The dataset contains eight columns: Strain: strain name. AMB: minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC, in μg/mL) to amphotericin B. CSF: MIC to caspofungin. EPZ: MIC to epoxiconazole. FCZ: MIC to fluconazole. IZL: MIC to imazalil. KTZ: MIC to ketoconazole. VCZ: MIC to voriconazole. MIC_data_evolved.csv Data on the in vitro susceptibility to different fungicides of M. reukaufii colonies evolved in the same treatments used in the Growth_data.csv data set. The dataset contains eleven columns: Colony: colony name. Population: name of the synthetic yeast population (P1 or P2). Treatment: IZL_0.5, artificial nectar containing 0.5 μg/mL of imazalil; IZL_0.125, artificial nectar containing 0.125 μg/mL of imazalil; IZL_0.031, artificial nectar containing 0.031 μg/mL of imazalil; and CTRL, artificial nectar containing no fungicide. Step: propagation step (T1 [2 weeks] or T4 [4 months]). AMB: minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC, in μg/mL) to amphotericin B. CSF: MIC to caspofungin. EPZ: MIC to epoxiconazole.
