资源简介:
Female Cancer Institute (ICR) mice were used for the study. The aim of this project was to investigate the intervention effect of Bacillus maritima N2 (a probiotic strain isolated and screened from bovine feces) on AFB1-exposed pregnant mice, and to analyze the molecular mechanisms of Bacillus maritima N2 (a probiotic strain isolated from bovine feces) on AFB1-exposed pregnant mice, and to analyze its molecular mechanisms in alleviating AFB1 toxicity, maintaining intestinal homeostasis, regulating metabolic homeostasis, and protecting mammary gland tissue through comprehensive analysis of intestinal transcriptome, intestinal microbial community (16S rDNA), serum metabolites, and mammary transcriptome. AFB1 group: Female rats received 200 µg/kg/day of AFB1 orally starting on day 3 of pregnancy and continuing until day 15 postpartum. AFB1 N2 group: Received oral N2 (1*109 colony-forming units/mL) concurrently with the treatment regimen used in the mastitis group. Ctrl group: Received an equal volume of normal saline for oral administration.
