Gene expression analysis of mouse intestinal organoids treated with IL-4

The gastrointestinal system plays multiple roles including digestion, hormone secretion, protection from virus and microorganisms and etc. Although much attention has made to understand mechanisms of these functions, lack of in vitro culture system made us uneasy to dissect the specific roles of intestinal epithelium. Recently, three-dimensional culture system called "organoid system" has established which mimic regeneration and differentiation of intestinal epithelium. Using this system we compared gene expression of IL-4 treated or non-treated organoids.
