资源简介:

This record contains the study-level extraction dataset and R analysis code used for the quantitative synthesis in the systematic review and meta-analysis entitled “Resection Rates after Conversion Therapy for Initially Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis”. The dataset includes aggregate study-level data extracted from previously published reports, including study labels, publication year, total treated denominator, actual liver resection events, non-events, and crude resection rates. The endpoint was actual liver resection, hepatectomy, salvage liver resection, or conversion surgery after conversion or downstaging therapy. Liver transplantation, ablation, resection eligibility, radiological conversion, and conversion success without surgery were not counted as liver resection events. The R code was used to perform the random-effects proportion meta-analysis with logit transformation and inverse-variance weighting, as well as funnel plot assessment, Egger’s regression test, leave-one-out sensitivity analysis, Baujat-style influence plotting, and influence diagnostics. All data are aggregate study-level data extracted from published literature. No individual patient-level data are included.
