PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic lumber cutting device which has a light and small constitution and is capable of being carried to a planting site and easily attached， and capable of cutting lumber into a desired length. SOLUTION: This automatic lumber cutting device comprises: lumber holding parts 1200A， 1200B for holding lumber while striding over it; a saw part 1100 for cutting the lumber; a setting/controlling part for setting and controlling operations of the lumber pressing parts and the saw part; and a base body 1400 to which the lumber holding parts， the saw part and the setting/controlling part are attached.
