marangoni.tar

The marangoni.tar file contains two folders for the simulations which take solutocapillary convection into account (with-marangoni) and which do not (without-marangoni). Both folders contain the following files: fs3d.xmf (timeline of the hdf files, contains the data structure), netz_xyz.hdf (grid corner points), funsXXXX.hdf (volume fractions of liquid phase f), velvXXXX.hdf (velocity field (u,v,w)), sigmXXXX.hdf (field of the surface tension coefficient sigma). The folder with-maranongi contains additionally the following files: do_xXXXX.hdf (gradient of the surface tension coefficient in x-direction), do_yXXXX.hdf (gradient of the surface tension coefficient in y-direction), do_zXXXX.hd (gradient of the surface tension coefficient in z-direction). For both cases 19 time steps have been written out (XXXX --> 0000-0019).
