离心泵机体密封性能的好坏直接影响到整机的性能和使用寿命,通过对离心泵产品密封性数据的分析与处理,可以进一步的优化和改进气动产品的研发。同时密封性的数据也是消费者在产品选型与购买时重要参考依据。1、样本采集:从生产的离心泵中随机抽取样品,并对抽取中的样本进行编号;2、数据检测:将离心泵的出气口均已塞堵或用密封装置密封。通过调节调压阀调节至试验压力(如630kpa),将调节好压力的滤水压缩空气通入气动产品内,在不断气情况下将离心泵浸入具有防锈功能的水中,
经60s后观察有无气泡溢出或通过压差式气体检漏仪检测。3、数据处理:将检测得到的数据进行归集,通过计算公式得出离心泵密封性不达标率,X为离心泵密封性检测出问题次数,Y为进行离心泵密封性检测的总次数,离心泵密封性不达标率=X/Y*100%保留两位小数。算法得出的离心泵密封性不达标率<=4%时则为该批次产品合格,当离心泵密封性不达标率小于百分之一时则判定为一级市场,当离心泵密封性不达标率趋于百分之一与百分之三之间判定为二级市场,离心泵密封性不达标率大于等于百分之三且小于百分之四则判定为三级市场。如若算法得出的离心泵密封性不达标率>4%是则判定为该批次的产品为不合格,需进行重新加工。4、数据应用:通过检测分析的数据可以测得离心泵的密封性,能够判定该批次中生产的气动产品是否达标,且通过离心泵密封性不达标率进行产品市场分级更加有利于选择
The sealing performance of a centrifugal pump directly affects its overall performance and service life. Analysis and processing of the sealing data of centrifugal pump products can further optimize and improve the research and development of pneumatic products. Meanwhile, sealing data also serves as an important reference for consumers when selecting and purchasing products.
1. Sample Collection: Randomly sample from the manufactured centrifugal pumps and number the sampled specimens.
2. Data Detection: Plug the air outlets of the centrifugal pumps or seal them with sealing devices. Adjust the pressure to the test pressure (e.g., 630 kPa) via a pressure regulating valve, and feed the filtered compressed air with adjusted pressure into the pneumatic products. Without interrupting the air supply, immerse the centrifugal pumps in anti-rust water. After 60 seconds, observe whether there is bubble overflow or conduct detection using a differential pressure gas leak detector.
3. Data Processing: Collect and organize the detected data, and calculate the unqualified rate of centrifugal pump sealing via a calculation formula. Let X represent the number of times sealing defects are detected in centrifugal pumps, and Y represent the total number of sealing tests. The unqualified rate of centrifugal pump sealing = (X/Y) * 100%, rounded to two decimal places. A batch is considered qualified if the calculated unqualified rate is ≤4%. Specifically, the batch is categorized as the first-level market when the unqualified rate is less than 1%; as the second-level market when the unqualified rate ranges between 1% and 3%; and as the third-level market when the unqualified rate is ≥3% but <4%. If the calculated unqualified rate exceeds 4%, the batch is deemed unqualified and requires reprocessing.
4. Data Application: The detected and analyzed data can be used to evaluate the sealing performance of centrifugal pumps, determine whether the pneumatic products produced in the batch meet the standards, and classifying products based on the centrifugal pump sealing unqualified rate is more conducive to product selection and procurement.
