Supplementary Material – Thematic and Technological Analysis of the Selected BIM-FM Studies

This document is supplementary material to the article “RESEARCH IN BRAZIL AND THE INTERNATIONAL LITERATURE: A COMPARATIVE SYSTEMATIC MAPPING OF RESEARCH TRENDS AND PUBLICATION ECOSYSTEMS”. It presents the thematic and technological analysis of the 30 studies included in the systematic literature review. For each selected study, the material provides information on its main Facility Management (FM) application, thematic contribution, associated technologies, and level of digital integration. It also presents the assessment of the innovation level and adherence to the research frontier according to the analytical framework adopted in the study. The material complements the information presented in the manuscript by providing a detailed characterization of the technological approaches, thematic contributions, and digital integration mechanisms identified across the selected studies. Making this supplementary material openly available supports transparency, traceability, verification, and reproducibility of the analytical process undertaken in the systematic literature review.
