By collecting and analyzing demand and consumption-related data of vacuum cleaners from regional customers in the United States, this dataset aims to understand customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences for vacuum cleaners, as well as the market popularity of the product. It helps all enterprises in the industry formulate production strategies and provide personalized products and services for users more effectively. Additionally, it assists companies in better understanding their customers. High-tier enterprises can communicate with their clients 1 to 2 times per month, mid-tier enterprises 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier enterprises 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to formulate more precise production and marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to customers' demand for vacuum cleaners. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Demand Analysis: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the formula: P = { (a₁ / minimum single-order quantity / b₁ / minimum single-order consumption amount) + (a₂ / maximum single-order quantity / b₂ / maximum single-order consumption amount) + (a₃ / average single-order quantity / b₃ / average single-order consumption amount) } * k, where k is the consumption coefficient with values varying across countries. According to empirical values, the k value for the United States is 0.7. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into "high-tier", "mid-tier" and "low-tier" categories and levels based on the calculated demand index. Specifically, customers with a score above 50 are marked as "high-tier", those with a score between 20 and 50 (inclusive) are marked as "mid-tier", and those with a score below 20 are marked as "low-tier".
