Reproducibility archive for multi-cohort single-cell and spatial transcriptomics of an extracellular matrix remodeling niche in calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis

This reproducibility archive accompanies the manuscript “Multi-cohort single-cell and spatial transcriptomics identify a fibroblast–mural extracellular matrix remodeling niche in calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis.” The archive contains analysis scripts, locked derived result tables, analysis reports, lightweight plot-ready single-cell and spatial exports, and derived ADAMTS4/FinnGen regional files used for Mendelian randomization and colocalization. It does not contain participant-level data, raw GEO sequencing files, the full UKB-PPP archive, the full FinnGen genome-wide summary-statistics file, or the 1000 Genomes LD reference.
