Expression of myeloid inflammation genes in Lung digest CD64hiSiglecF-Ly6C-MHC- macrophages from PBS-treated mice and CD64hiSiglecF-Ly6C-MHC-Lyve1+ macrophages

Gene expression in Lung digest CD64hiSiglecF-Ly6C-MHC- macrophages from PBS-treated mice and CD64hiSiglecF-Ly6C-MHC-Lyve1+ macrophages, assayed on NanoString nCounter Mouse Myeloid Innate Immunity Panel panel (GPL30135) Nanostring expression data C57BL/6J mice were challenged with LPS and housed in 10% hypoxia for 5 days. Mice received i.p PBS or CSF1-Fc daily (4 days) until sacrificed on day 5. Lung digest CD64hiSiglecF-Ly6C-MHC- macrophages from PBS-treated mice and CD64hiSiglecF-Ly6C-MHC-Lyve1+ macrophages were sorted by flow cytometry and analysed by nanostring platform.
