Measured data of spectral distributions and images of Xe-He laser plasma recorded with a CCD camera.

The dataset contains measurement data of spectral distributions and images of Xe-He laser plasma recorded with an Andor CCD camera, i-konM model. The CCD detector was cooled to -20C. Laser plasma was produced by irradiating a double-stream gas puff target with femtosecond pulses of the JETI laser at the University of Jena with the following parameters: E=1.2J, t=40fs, repetition 10Hz. The gas puff target was formed by pulsed injection of xenon and helium using a double gas valve system developed at Military University of Technology. Measurements were made for the valve cooled to T=-25C or kept at room temperature.
