一等水银温度计标准装置

因膨胀式温度计具有测温范围广、使用方便、测温精度高、价格低廉等特点,被广泛应用,为保证测量准确可靠,溯源到上一级计量标准,原一等、二等标准水银温度计分级取消,合并为标准水银温度计,特建立标准水银温度计标准装置。该装置主要由标准水银温度计、恒温槽和读数放大镜等组成。该装置的测温范围:(-60~300)℃,开展的项目有:工作用玻璃液体温度计、电接点玻璃水银温度计、压力式温度计、半导体点温计、工作用铜-铜镍热电偶、双金属温度计、数字温度计、工作用廉金属热电偶等检定和校准。
Due to its wide temperature measurement range, convenient operation, high measurement accuracy and low cost, expansion thermometers are widely used. To ensure accurate and reliable measurements and traceability to higher-level metrological standards, the original grading system for first-class and second-class standard mercury thermometers was abolished, and the two categories were merged into standard mercury thermometers. Accordingly, a standard mercury thermometer calibration apparatus was specially established. This apparatus mainly consists of standard mercury thermometers, thermostatic baths and reading magnifiers, among other components. The temperature measurement range of this apparatus is (-60 to 300) ℃, and the verification and calibration items carried out include: industrial glass-liquid thermometers, glass mercury contact thermometers, pressure thermometers, semiconductor spot thermometers, industrial copper-constantan thermocouples, bimetallic thermometers, digital thermometers, industrial base metal thermometers and other related instruments.
