资源简介:
Grapevine decline affects viticulture worldwide and is caused by a wide panel of biotic and abiotic factors. Some declines remain unexplained and are not affiliated to known pathological symptoms or mineral dysregulation. However, soil microbial communities may reflect soil quality and thus plant fitness. Indeed, grapevine associated microbiome is mainly originated from vineyard soil and is determinant for host health and development. In this study, the microbiomes of asymptomatic (AS) and symptomatic (S) bulk soils from four Bordeaux vineyards presenting unexplained grapevine decline were investigated using high-throughput sequencing based on 16S rRNA and 18S rRNA genes, as well as ITS, during spring and autumn.
