Due to challenges in isolating and culturing C. psittaci, it is not always possible to obtain the full-length genome sequence.The genomics of Chlamydia psittaci can be analyzed by the full-length gene sequence of Chlamydia psittaci to trace its origin and predict its drug resistance.
