Research in the field of injury psychology leads us to the conclusive ground on the biopsychosocial risk factors associated occurrence of injury, interventions useful to improve the experience of a journey of rehabilitation to return to play. Perhaps, very few studies attempted to understand Indian athletic population socially, physically, psychologically, neurocognitively and genetically and how these variables inculcate into injury mechanism, since the Indian athletic population is relatively the diverse than other nation or ethnicity.
