This project includes (i) a compressed JSON dataset to run B. thetaiotaomicron iModulon (BtModulome) on python (see the pymodulon workflow for details); (ii) an iModulon threshold table that can be used together with supplemental data files provided in the original article* for iModulon analysis. *Original article: Transcriptional regulatory networks of the human gut symbiont Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron are uncovered using machine-learning.
