Supplementary materials for a two-class quasi-experimental study of teacher-guided generative AI scaffolding in technical education (Casablanca, Morocco; Control n = 18, Experimental n = 19). The deposit contains the test instrument, prompt library, scoring rubric, curriculum alignment matrix, implementation protocol, observable indicators, anonymised student scores, a data dictionary, SPSS syntax and nine supplementary figures. Student codes are anonymised; no names, photographs or scanned scripts are included.
