CT and MRI scan of a 2yo male dog Yorkshire Terrier

This dataset contains de-identified DICOM files from CT (250 DICOM slices) and MRI (356 slices) studies of a 2-year-old male Yorkshire Terrier (body weight: 2.2 kg; estimated skull coronal width: ~50 mm) who sustained traumatic cranial injury. The imaging was performed on post-injury day 11 following initial stabilization. De-identification was performed using the RSNA Clinical Trial Processor (CTP) anonymization tool, in accordance with standard protocols.
Cross-sectional imaging demonstrated a large scalp hematoma over the frontal and parietal bones, multiple depressed cranial fractures, and a left cerebral contusion characterized by heterogeneous signal intensity, structural disruption, and intraparenchymal fluid accumulation.
