RNA sequencing of the near-isogenic line mnd1.a in cv. Bowman background, compared to cv. Mesa and cv. Bowman Purpose: Expression analysis and variant calling. Overall design: Enriched inflorescence (inflorescence including inflorescence base and small leaves below) tissue of mnd1.a and cv. Bowman plants was isolated at Waddington stage (WD) 2.0, 3.5 and 5.0. Enriched shoot apical meristem tissue at W1.0 was used for cv. Mesa. The samples were harvested at the middle of the day, 6 to 8 h before the end of the light period.
