This zenodo repository hosts the data from accelerated diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW-MRI) at 7T, highlighting our joint reconstruction technique for shift-encoded navigator-based interleaved echo planar imaging (JETS-NAViEPI), where iEPI meets rsEPI. NAViEPI enforces consistent effective echo spacing between imaging and navigator echoes, enabling (1) minimal distortion mismatch between these imaging and navigator echoes, (2) reliable shot-to-shot phase variation estimation from navigator echoes, (3) flexible number of shots (conventional iEPI is limited to 3 or 4 shots). JETS-NAViEPI achieves sub-millimeter mesoscale resolution DW-MRI at ultra short scan time and ultra-high field (7T).
