Corpus and analysis code for: The hospital microbiome as a reservoir of antimicrobial resistance — a PRISMA-screened bibliometric analysis (2012–2026)

The Web of Science Core Collection export (full record with cited references) is licensed by Clarivate and cannot be redistributed publicly. The UT list and DOI table allow exact, lossless reconstruction of the corpus: In Web of Science Core Collection (SCI-EXPANDED), run an advanced search UT=(WOS:000... OR WOS:000...) with the 599 identifiers from corpus_599_wos_accession_numbers.txt (batch in groups of ~200). Export as "Full Record and Cited References", plain text. Run the scripts in analysis_scripts/ against that export to reproduce all tables and figures. Databases: Web of Science Core Collection, SCI-EXPANDED. Timespan: 1 January 2012 – 11 August 2026.
