BioDiverse4D: A Diverse 3D+Time Microscopy Dataset for Sparse-view Two-photon Synthetic Aperture Microscopy

This dataset contains paired sparse-view two-photon synthetic aperture microscopy measurements and corresponding 3D/4D target volumes for training and benchmarking volumetric reconstruction methods. The dataset includes diverse biological samples and simulated/experimental volumes. The dataset is intended for research on sparse-view light-field microscopy, volumetric reconstruction, time-lapse microscopy and deep learning-based microscopy image restoration.
